Okay, I'm not sure what you mean by double spam, but I debugged the parser and it runs smooth on our testserver, as far as i can see.

The memory issue is also fixed, but you have to understand that with this parser it also depends on the amount of players online. That does increase memory usage. But when the server is empty it should decrease also.

Thanks for testing this and reporting it. BFBC2 parser v1.3.9 is in my repo...

No, the reason for this is to fix memory usage.
Before the update worked well, it was not the problem.

First I had a good look at your image. You request !admins twice at 58:33 and 58:46
B3 responds twice at 58:46 and 58:48
That's normal behavior.

I also had a close look at your logfile and see no double spam or double reply by B3 in there.
I've summed up the requests and responses.

'Queueing event ...' is where you give a B3 command
'RCON (1/1) ...' is where the bot replies over RCON

As you can see B3 only replies once:

Code:
100903 00:23:39 BOT    www.bigbrotherbot.net (b3) v1.3.4b [posix] (Daniel)
100903 00:23:40 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): www.bigbrotherbot.net (b3) v1.3.4b [posix] (Daniel) [ONLINE]', 'all')

100903 00:23:53 VERBOSE Queueing event Say !b3
100903 00:24:01 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): [pm] www.bigbrotherbot.net (b3) v1.3.4b [posix] (Daniel) - uptime: [13.8 seconds]', 'player', 'SanKen.')

100903 00:24:01 VERBOSE Queueing event Say !admins
100903 00:24:03 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): [pm] Admini ktorzy sa online to: [=HG=] SanKen. [100]', 'player', 'SanKen.')

100903 00:24:22 VERBOSE Queueing event Say !k spec zmien tag
100903 00:24:23 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): [CHUJE] SPEC_86_[PL] was kicked by [=HG=] SanKen. zmien tag', 'all')

100903 00:25:49 VERBOSE Queueing event Say !kill com rule6
100903 00:25:49 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): <<Com.Bat>> was terminated by server admin', 'all')
100903 00:25:51 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): [26RUS] <<Com.Bat>> was terminated for : #6: Baserape i Spawnkill!/Baserape and Spawnkill!', 'all')

100903 00:25:54 VERBOSE Queueing event Say !w com rule6
100903 00:25:54 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): WARNING (1): [26RUS] <<Com.Bat>>, #6: Baserape i Spawnkill!/Baserape and Spawnkill!', 'all')

100903 00:37:47 VERBOSE Queueing event Say !w bob rule6
100903 00:37:47 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): WARNING (1): [26RUS] <<BOBAH>>, #6: Baserape i Spawnkill!/Baserape and Spawnkill!', 'all')

100903 00:37:54 VERBOSE Queueing event Say !kill bob rule6
100903 00:37:54 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): <<BOBAH>> was terminated by server admin', 'all')
100903 00:37:56 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): [26RUS] <<BOBAH>> was terminated for : #6: Baserape i Spawnkill!/Baserape and Spawnkill!', 'all')

100903 00:41:03 VERBOSE Queueing event Say !w kylu rule6
100903 00:41:03 VERBOSE RCON (1/1) ('admin.say', '(HB): WARNING (1): Kylu PL, #6: Baserape i Spawnkill!/Baserape and Spawnkill!', 'all')

If you have multiple responses in game, it indicates that a second instance of B3 is running. Investigate this carefully, pstree will give you a good look at the processes running.

B3 to the first query does not reply.
answer to the second is double

BFBC V1.3.5 tested and it works great.
something must be on the memory repair

Okay, we've moved some code around that might be related to the problem.
Can you test this version 1.3.10 of the parser too?
