Losing superadmin rights

I have a serious problem.
All is running good no complain only i am losing everyday my superadmin (or senioradmin) rights
I get every day the latest visitor number sometime i fall back in a old number but most i i get a new visitor like im playing for the first time.

What we have done to solve the problem for me is make another member superadmin and that person give me senioradmin rights.
We have no access to the sql database because i rent the server
But it my server and i want to be superadmin and stay on that rights
I have the original mw3 game
So i hope someone can help me

Your guid shouldn't change, if it is then that is an issue with your game.

yes but what can i do about it.
I am the only one who has that problem so if it was the game then the problem should be happens to more players.

Please do the following:

  • Set b3.log level down to 8.
  • Reboot B3.
  • Connect to the server.
  • Disconnect from the server.
  • Re-connect to the server.
  • Disconnect from the server.
  • Post the b3.log file here (mask your passwords first)

I know what the problem is
My pc change the guid everytime and sometimes in a old one then i have rights

But i dont know how to fix this. (battery cmos??)

Do you have a legit copy of the game? If so, you need to speak to tech support, if not you need to get one.

Check your B3 database to see what GUIDs you are being given to confirm whether they are different each time. If so, then you would need to speak with Steam support to try and find out why, and fix it.
