Hello!

I have run b3 1.3.3 already, im am super admin level 100 and when itry !rules the bot say me "you dont have sufficience acces to use that command"  

I dont understand.

Can you help me?

Ok i have find the problem in admin plugin this ligne  <set name="rules-r">0-0</set> must be like that <set name="rules-r">0</set>

For guys who have this problem edit your rules ligne command on your admin plugin

You're right, I must have edited the wrong line. The register command should be 0-0, not the rules command. I will fix it in the next version.
