And so your problems begin.

You simply didn't provide FTP login and password in config file:)

Of course replace 'user' and 'password' with your data:)

Erm, The forum does this funny thing with links, it adds a http:// to them, so make sure you use

Is your server really using Punkbuster? Because everything else seems ok, or the log is cut-off

I agree. everything looks correct except it can't seem to get the player list... is this cod2 v1.3 or above? There may not be GUIDs...

First of all, don't spam for help, read this http://www.bigbrotherbot.net/support_disclaimer

We are trying to help you, but you need to carefully read what we post. I've told you, that the log is either correct, or is cut-off. Paste more of the b3.log to pastebin.com (REMOVE PASSWORDS!!), especially try to include the part where some errors are shown.

FTP transaction is now working, and BBB seems to be able to read logs. But I still don't know if you actually have installed Punkbuster in your game or not - it's pointless to "try out" turning it on/off in b3. Also, after making changes in BBB config, you need to post logs again so we could see if something has changed. Sometimes there is more then just one error.

It's like bot is having some problems with the PB_SV_PList command.

In b3.xml turn off punkbuster by <set name="punkbuster">off</set>, restart bot, connect to the server, and post new logs (remember about passwords). And make sure, that pastie don't cut off some part of log. If it does, then reupload log to pastebin.com

There is a GUID issue. I don't know how to fix it, I suspect it is more server side.
