According to the plugin, it works with [CoD, CoD:UO, CoD2, CoD5]. Since you run CoD4 servers, I don't think so.

I've heard this doesn't work anymore, but you can try it. add this to b3.xml after you put the plugin codpopulater.py into extplugins and plugin_codpopulater.xml into extplugins/conf:

    <plugin name="codpopulater" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/plugin_codpopulater.xml"/>

The funny thing is, it doesn't work in our CoD5 and in the readme, says it's not supported. I believe it works in CoD4 and that CoD5 above may be a misspelling. I will test that soon.

I have never gotten it to work in CoD4, but if you get it working, please let me know how...
