I know that this topic has been posted before but I have looked at it and cant make sense of any of it. I have a bot on a CoD4 S&D server. I want to have something in place that automatically kicks people if they use airstrikes or tubes with in the first 15 seconds and I want a message that pops up saying that 15 seconds have passed.

Im new to all this and am mainly struggling with just the basic language and structure of the configs shown on the posts ive looked at. I don't understand them 

Can anyone give any help, advice, tips.

The plugin you are looking for is called antinoob.
I recommend you download the copy here: http://www.host4b3.com/client/dl.php?type=d&id=7 as I have gone through the .xml file and explained what each setting down.

So, you would set the unlock time to 15 seconds, under banned_kick you would set the airstrike and heli.

If you have specific questions after that please post logs and config files.
