Here is a tutorial for the ban namechange

It's easy: you wait for the cheat but your nick
 
Exemple : Cheater rename [AR51]Kevinos

The faster you type this command:
 
!kick kevinos

you will have two ID.
 
Exemple : [AR51]Kevinos [ID 10] [AR51]Kevinos [ID 12]

You type this command:
 
!ban id
 
Exemple
 
!ban 10
 
or

!ban 12

You can not ban you do not worry if you chose the wrong id

I already have a plugin developed to do this for you. I'm at the final stage of testing (I have it coded, but I have to upload the final code to the server to test it and be sure). It so far works perfectly. I'm going to have it finished completely and marked as 1.0 today after my interview for a promotion.
