Can I make B3 work with multiple games_mp.log files? Because I have mods, which use their own file. And it's really annoying to not have B3 on these.

Yes, in a way.
You can:
a) make multiple copies of b3.xml and launch one for each mod as needed.
b) Modify one b3.xml and just point to different games_mp.log files as needed.

So still, I need to switch B3's.
My... "vision"... was that B3 checks all of logs at same time.

Ah... seems like quite the mod to B3. Probably needs to be done in the core.
