I am having the same issue, as my I query B3 with !time i get back "9:44PM EST 24/01/10" yet my system time is: 13:44 25/01/10.

In my b3.xml config file i have the timezone set to EST, which is the timezone used for australia, which is also what the server time is set to.

Any ideas why B3 isn't giving out the correct time?

EST is Eastern Standard Time in the US. You need AEST which is Australian Eastern Standard Time.
