we need a b3.log, not b3.xml

Also make sure you gamelog location in the .xml is correct.

You still need to change this
      <set name="game_log">games_mp.log</set>

to a correct value
      <set name="game_log">C:\some\path\with\the\games_mp.log</set>

Um, I noticed in your sig it says "cracked". B3 will not work with cracked servers btw, sue to no GUID.

I hope you wrote cracked there as a map name or something... piracy is bad.
