This is the error that is coming up:
100803 19:32:25 DEBUG FtpytailPlugin: 550 games_mp.log: The system cannot find the file specified.
100803 19:32:25 VERBOSE FtpytailPlugin: Lost connection to server, pausing until updated properly
100803 19:32:25 DEBUG FtpytailPlugin: FTP Connection Closed
100803 19:32:26 VERBOSE FtpytailPlugin: Connecting to 68.232.173.93 ...
100803 19:32:26 ERROR FtpytailPlugin: Cannot CWD to the correct directory, ftp connection has failed
100803 19:32:26 DEBUG Synchronising Clients.

But when I take the ftp link that I use to locate to my games_mp.log and put it in my web browser it goes straight to the file.  Also I am using windows.

can you post a complete b3.log ?
Also does your FTP password contain a '@' or ':' ?

I just ran in to this problem, my fix was locking the FTP users to there home dirs.
