This issue is back for me and has become a SERIOUS issue.

It appears to happen if there is some kind of communication hiccup. The system for some reason stops using PBGUID's and reverts to regular GUID's causing everyones access to reset and me have to go into the database and drop bad rows. This is happening at an alarmingly rapid rate of at about once a day.

Has anyone encountered this or have a fix? I am going to update to 1.5 shortly, but i was running the latest version until its release.

This happens when the server can't authenticate against the WaW master server and PB so they get a COD guid rather than a PB one and so B3 looks it up then goes no entry for this id and creates a new entry. When pb is authenticating again it finds the original entry.
