Hello
what can I do with it all no matter what level they have "registered" as a display, I think think what to do with the "skill" but not the settings.

All that means is that they typed in !register. You can prevent that by changing the level needed for that command, but you don't need to worry about that.

Yes, its kind a normal.
registered users dont have speical commands to use, so u dont have to worry about. Smiley
