How can i add new groups?
it must see in !regs and !admins

Manually add the new group to the groups table in your database.

Any group above level 20 will automatically be listed in !admins as they have access to admin commands.

!regs will only list members with the Regular (2) group.

This is not true at all and potentially dangerous!

Admins level can be tuned from the admin plugin configuration file, where you can specify the level for which players will be considered admins by B3.

Adding new groups is generally well tolerated but beware that something may not work as expected. B3 groups have been defined with a specific logic that allow players to be part of multiple groups at the same time. While this is practically not used (as far as I remember), some external plugins may have taken advantage of this feature and thus your modification will make them no longer work.
