i was talking with server provider and they said i could come here and ask for xlm to make diffrent perks not allowed with the b3 bot could anyone help with that?

nothing there was any help the server probider said come here and ask for the xml to stop certain perks

What you ask is not very detailed. First what is xlm ? Do you mean XLRstats ? or XML config files ?

What game is your server running ?
Is your host able to host the B3 bot or do you want to run the B3 bot remotely from your home computer ?

the host would be running it and yes xml config to set were u cant use certain perks like marty last stand and so on
