I would ask only that Echelon Will Install wamp server? I tried, but only when I tried to log on I got error 404 url .. and now I've tried to sign in too many times in so I can not log in anymore ...
This account is locked, you've exceeded the maximum number of login attempts!

clear cookies/cahce for locked account.

And yes, it should install on wamp. Default username/password is admin/admin

As far as I know it should be fine. Echelon2 used to only work on apache servers because of an issue where apache was letting things be set to impossibly large values do to math mistakes, while the other servers were throwing proper error messages.

I have never run into a problem with another server on echelon 1, but then again I mostly end up with apache.

to install it you copy the files to the webserver. edit the inc_config.php with teh correct details.
visit the webpage and login with default pass of admin/admin
