Taking a look at the various plugin forums, I see a common theme. Some people don't like editing .xml files...

Now, as for b3.xml, we have a wonderful generator.

Here is my idea(s):

1) Make a separate page where one could upload a .xml and it would parse it, allowing user to change values and then download.

2) expand the current generator to all the standard plugins (drop down for which plugin to edit) (and popular ones, like antinoob if possible)
