No you need a separate B3 instance running for each game server.

two instances means: just two different types of config. You can start another instance the same way like the first, but just with "-c b3/conf/b3_config2.xml" e.g. So basically you just need one installation.

I am going to take a wild stab in the dark here and say this person probably rents b3 as well, so you will need to rent another one. All hosts I know don't let you run unlimited b3 with one account....
