Seems like it is out, and being use on my server. Well, used to be. My clan leader and co-leader ended up DoXing the kid who did it and scared him shitless with his address and phone number off of a resume. The script pretty much stops b3 from seeing anything. b3 is shutoff and no commands go through. It also had a rcon flooder that stops commands in rcon too.

Just as a general note, since I don't know if the console log checking for bad rcons works yet, if you can ID who it is flooding it from the console log, you can run the ip through echelon and then i just do a pb vote kick. You just have to increased the PB power to yourself or senior admins so they can kick with a single vote. The rcon flooding does not seem to effect pb commands at all as it works every single time instantly even if the rcon is being flooded.

It's not a 'b3 take-over script', it's simply an rcon flooder (remember that b3 interacts with the server using rcon). There is a potential fix here - but all server alterations are done at your own risk:
