I hearby propose that ctime be included with b3 like xlrstats is.

Since ctime is used almost always when xlrstats is used, it makes sense to include the plugin with b3 just like xlrstats is .py and .xml in correct folders, and .sql in sql folder. Better yet, .xml should be removed and reqire .xml flag should be set in the plugin.

Better then all of this:
ctime and xlrstats plugins should be combined so that activating xlrstats activated ctime. /sql for ctime should be included into xlrstats.sql

The ultimate goal:
Not only should ctime and xlrstats be combined into one plugin, but xlrstats/ctime should allow you to set the table names right from the .xml. In additional, the .xml should allo you to not record time.

Thoughts?

Reasons: ctime is not used (afaik) by anyone without xlrstats. Thereby it depends on xlrstats - and anyone who wants xlrstats probably wants ctime as well. However, many people do not even know what is missing and what they need as it is bundled with the webfront.

I share your opinion on this matter. I will start working on a more efficient way.

@MordyT: Do you have the means to test the modifications and are you willing to?

I do and I am.
I currently have 5 servers - 3 which are really tests for B3 hosting...
I can also provide you with the necessary details to test yourself if you want. FTP, CP access, the works.
