But I have a problem:

I have installed the B3, the game server (Urban Terror), and the server of the database, everything in my pc, there is no remote connection or anything.

Did the servers IP or your qkey change? That would cause the GUID to change, which could cause this...

Solve it through the database, but I gave the permissions as super admin to assign me a new guid and ready.
Just now I was getting a little on the subject, as this is all new to me, my management regarding database is almost zero so far.

Unfortunately I have dynamic ip, probably this is because the change in the guid or am I wrong?

That's correct. In Urban Terror, everytime your IP changes you'll get a new guid thus you'll lose your admin level in B3. Best solution is to get a static IP if you can.
