Yes, an infomercial of some sorts. What I'm looking for is a creative way to make visible what B3 is and can do for a game. Not an installation video (you nailed that one earlier)

I have some ideas then - the problem is I have a "bad" video voice....
I will throw something together over the weekend and post it, then someone can take it and voice it over/build on it/improve it...

Here! will do. Have done one for Procon for my community members. Any wishes for the "story book". Thinking about installation, Setup, Plugins, ingame usage, echelon, xlrstats. Did I miss something?

Will do it with homefront, as it is the only game I actually use it for. Hosting gameserver, sql, webspace and b3 on my homeserver. Have no experience with hosting services of b3.

indeed . Appeared better on my screen before the upload. Anyways it should be only a testversion to collect critics. I didnt put much effort in it (as you can see on th "mytyping buttons"). The "gamechat" on timecode 1:45 almost ok I think. I plan to record on 2 pcs simultanious: 1 ingame, and 1 on the webinterfaces. Will prepare a fresh installation with b3/xlr branding instead of my clan's. I will show homefront's bottom-chatline on top of the video, zoomscale the gamechat on the bottom of the video to max and fade in the webpages as overlay to display the bot actions, that dont affect the game visibly. Will prepare myself a list of commands in order I wanna show. Will try to get a co-player in the vid.
At all I will shrink the durations of shown details - was afraid to do it too short.

Good suggestions. The overall length will reduce, ppl will not watch a long video with a lot of commands being issued. Snappy and fast cut with the basics like player (mis)behavior and results will impress more than many specific commands.

3 warnings -> kick is one of the basics of B3.
fast ingame playerhandling like !k player also is...
in game advertising
censor
etc.

I am new to the B3 forum.
People might know me from the ~cGs* gaming community.

We recently worked with xlr8or on the B3 parser for the game SoF2.
Nice work mate!

I have read that there was some intrest in a nice B3 video.

I can not wait for the criticism. Ofcourse things can be changed to fit.

The video can be provided in *.swf, *.avi, *.mov, *.flv format for various reasons.
I suppose a video on Youtube is not a bad idea. In this case an *.avi or *.flv is required.

Explanation:
Music: made by me in SkaleTracker
Animations: made by me in Adobe After Effects CS5 and Adobe Flash CS5
Images: B3 image from this website and game images from my games folders (I play nearly every game supported by B3)
Duration: +/-33 seconds
Build Time: 6 day's

Music and animations are synchronized ofcourse, keep an eye out for detail!
