Hello!

We wanted to rent a B3 server for are mw2 gameserver on this site,but we have seen you are full on capacity. So we are rented a B3 server from "VivaHosting"(who are you offer on this site) and they sent us the B3 bot server access info's like pass user and other stuff,but they don't sent us the mysql database infos like user,pass,database name,IP and other stuff to run B3.
I sent personal e-mail for the administrator for help but no response,i created a topic on the forum,but no response...
The next would be my question / request: Did you help us in this matter? Or you can contact the host company? Because this is so, not really good ... B3 bot running but not responding to commands, as I suppose it has not have a configured database,and the adress to it.

And they say "XLR stats included", xlr stats is also need a database,or not?

Hello there.

We do not rent B3 ourselves, there are independent companies (like the ones mentioned on our B3 hosting page) that do, but we actually don't. And neither do we have influence on what those companies promise you.

That being said, we can't help you with issues you have with your hosting company. If you pay money and do not receive what you paid for you should cancel the service asap and ask for a refund.

Any chance to connect to an alternative database at a free hosting company(at my country)?

If you paid by credit card, do a chargeback. If you paid with PayPal, file a PayPal complaint.

Hi

Not had any problems with Vivahosting myself, I rent 3 processes but yes you do need to provide your own database, which was not a problem for me as I had a website with mysql database already. All the hosting does is run the game process and do the parsing
