B3 starts but it never says ingame B3 Online

How cna i fix those errors?
Alos when a hacker comes in my rcon  stops and my b3 why is that :[

That could be that the hacker uses a tools to flood the rcon port of your gameserver. Hence no rcon communication works anymore.
