each bot needs to have its own plugin_status.xml. Edit the b3.xml of second server and change the plugin line to plugin_status2.xml and then copy the plugin_status.xml and rename the copy to plugin_status2.xml Then edit it and have it make a status2.xml file. Then edit the statsconfig.php and point it to status2.xml

What is alteradmin plugin?

For the xlrstats, in each xlrstats.xml you need to provide webfront address and server number, have you done this?

From your link, could be the cause:-

i. The module now checks for previous aCI bans and kicks anyone who has been banned at least once. The xuid's are matched up against a trusted source supplied by ._. (Thanks for the API and source code). You can check for these kicks by searching for "Previous aCI ban" in Echelon. To disable this functionality, go to alteradmin.xml and change the aciCheck setting from 1 to 0. I intentionally left out a white-list functionality: if you are going to hold a server to a particular standard, it should apply to everyone.
