Connecting b3 bot

I have 4 Urban Terror servers, not all on the same ip nor by the same host, 3 of which are hosted by the same company, however, I cannot afford to put b3 on all of them, is there a way to connect 1 instance of b3 to all 3 of the servers or do I have to finance another 2 instances of b3?
