Which machine is echelon running on? Your local one or the one with mysql on it?

The one with mysql on it.
One thing:
I don't need a passwort to log in to mysql with my browser, i just have to log in to my website service.
But when I let it open for 10 minutes it asks me for my passwort due inactivity and when i type it in i get a blank screen.

Do you open phpmyadmin through Cpanel? If so, then in Cpanel, you need to go to database remote access (or something similar, I don't use english phpmyadmin at the moment), and you will find there option to allow certain IP addresses to connect remotely to database. Enter there your BBB IP address.
