I'm having an issue with Echelon.  I've got it set up and it's showing all the players that connect and I can change their user level, but when I try to use ban or tempban nothing seems to happen.

How would I troubleshoot to find why it's not working?  It's all running on the same server as UrbanTerror, B3 and the database.
