I can't find any documentation and I'm confused on a couple of aspects of this plugin.
I'm trying to cut down on the amount of spam that this plugin generates as some of the games console windows are pretty small and the text scrolls by pretty quick. Here's a snippet from our RO2 server chatlog :-

Is there a way to not say hello to guests and only to admins & registered people?
