hi, I just bought/rented a gameserver @ 540hosting . co .uk and I want to use the b3 bot. how do I use it with ftp cuz I cant install like @ home (server)...

Then you cannot run the b3 bot off the server you are renting.
You can run the bot remotely from your home computer and set it up to read your game log file through FTP.

and the mysql is also @ home?

edit: how I put the games_mp.log if i have to put username and password every time?? its secured..

you put your ftp username and password in the b3.xml as described here

ah, I understand it. I will try it later, thanks! but I have another question:
if I run mysql and stuff here (on my computer), and I turn my PC off, does b3 still work?

if b3 runs on your home computer, it obviously won't be running while your home computer is off.

You can use a mysql table hosted on a free provider (google free mysql hosting) or install a mysql server on your computer.

Also see the B3 cheatsheet, it might help you understand what is the link between your game server, b3 and the mysql database.
