As the title says, i need to remove an admin  rather quickly.  I have tried ungroup, but he still has permissions (level 40).  Could somebody please advise on how i can remove his access without having to ban him from the server.

you could go to the database and find its entry in the "clients" table and change the "group_bits" value to 0

Thank you for the fast reply.

I have my GSP host the DB, so that might take some time.  So essentially there is no command i can insert to remove him from the group, as ungroup returns an invalid command Sad

ungroup works. What kind of issue do you have with it ? Can you provide a b3.log showing you typing the !ungroup command and showing what failed ?

Try !ungroup @260 admin

If they are not on the server you need to use the @ no, and put the @ symbol in front of it

In case that doesn't work, can't you also do !putgroup @id user?
