Hello, good morning.
I would like to unban a player from my server.
but when I put for example (!unban boinaverde  or  @unban boinaverde) b3 says that the player is not on the server.
if someone can help me, I thank you.

You need to do !lookup name, and then !unban @no with the number thatt is returned.
