!iamgod help

Hello!
I installed b3 and it seems to work. I get welcome msg and Rule #1.
But when i type !iamgod or !register, nothing happens.
And mysql table is empty (only WORLD user)

I get some errors from Banlist plugin, but i dont think thats the problem. or is it ?
