username:password@localhost/databasename

You see that user called b3? what is the password?

OR
Create a new user "Voeg enn..."

Set username and a password and allow access to all...

hey, i got it connected when the line says
<set name="database">mysql://root:TESTING@localhost/b3</set>

But not when i change "root" To "B3"

any suggestions?

What I was saying is that if it works with root as the user but not with b3, then the password for the mysql account b3 must not be testing. I don't know what password you set it to, sorry.
