There are a few other tools such as HSLW that can do rcon commands. You could also try in game.

Oh ok,

I have already tryied with CoD RCON Tool and it gives me an error:

Connection error :5922 might be down or you have entered the wrong IP adress.

Well, that means there is a RCON issue with the server. Not a issue with B3. I would advise you to go to the alterIW.net forums and ask them for some help to fix this. Or your host if you are paying someone.
