You need both, they perform totally different functions. Wamp will install mysql, unless you want to install mysql from separate packages, the Python & Python mysql are needed to run B3 and connect to the mysql database.

I really don't get it, i did everything there, i've imported b3.sql (and xlrstats.sql), it succeed but still getting connecting to db: failed Sad

You probably aren't using the correct username and password then. Try using the ones that are the default for the mysql installation.
