Hello,

Some time ago i bought a b3 bot at vivahosting.co.uk. It worked pretty good for some time. The last days the hoster changed a lot things and i also got a new ip. Now the bot is not working anymore. I tried to reinstall b3 and changed options in the b3.xml. Then i had a look into the b3 log and there is saw that error.

The username and password are exactly right and the ftp link i set in the b3.xml can be opened in the browser.

Hope some of you can help me with it.

Seems like your FTP details are not right...

There is a line in your b3.xml that goes like this:

ftp://DANIELK1:(password)@(Game IP)/some/random/folder/path/here/games_mp.log

Copy that line to a webbrowser and you will either see a log (meaning VH's IP might be banned) or not log (meaning the username/password/path is wrong...)
