I have bought a VPS from admin hosting services(GrossKopf's vps) well it wont allow me to use port 80 for some reason on wampserver so i set it to 85 and put it in like so "<set name="database">mysql://b333:password@localhost:85/b3</set>" and this doesnt work for some reason. I have B3 working on my home hosted servers so why doesn't this work does it have to do with it using a different port? I tried making it use multiple different accounts none of that worked. I checked with my working b3 databases and and made them match still no luck.

Try leaving the port off, :80 is not the default for mysql,  its :3306.
