okay its working in b3 cmd but in game it doesnt show b3 at all. its in the same box and i think firewall is blocking it but dont know how to fix that

i cant even connect with rcon.

If you can't connect by rcon, than neither will BBB. You need to solve the problem with the firewall.

how do i do that as i tried to turn off firewall and put it on exception list and it does totally nothing.

Re-do your b3 xml file, it has an error in it.

I don't know what is your configuration. You didn't tell if the gameserver is running on remote dedicated server, or you are buying slots, or is it your home-made server.
