BigBrotherBot-1.4.1.exe appears to not contain the \conf folder/files

New to B3 so it took me a while to figure out why I couldn't find much after installing B3 1.4.1 via BigBrotherBot-1.4.1.exe until I realized I had not \conf folder. Pulled the ZIP file and presto I had things to work with.

Just an FYI... if no one has discovered/reported it yet, it appears the BigBrotherBot-1.4.1.exe has an omission that you might want to address.

When using the installer, your conf folder is accessible from the Windows Start menu > bigbrotherbot > config
On Windows Vista / Win7, it is located in c:\ProgramData\BigBrotherBot\conf
