id like to host b3 on my php website ,if it cant be hosted on the website could i host it on my windows 64 bit vista comp .and what installer would be the best installer to use on a 64 bit vista comp

Hi killshot, welcome

B3 is an application that must be run on a computer (dedicated server, or your home computer). As such it can not be run website hosts because they do not allow you to run specific software, they only run PHP webpages.

If you want to install B3 on your windows computer, I suggest you use the B3 Windows installer as it is the easiest way to get it running. Note that installing B3 is not enough, you will need a MySql database.
You can get an mysql database by installing a mysql server on your computer, or, you can find a mysql hosting service. Some might get free. If you choose to install a mysql server on your computer, try wamp which is relatively simple to install and for which you will find lots of tutorials on the web
