Well, I bought  server game for CoD2 (Linux) from 1shot1kill.pl like lowpings.net. My question is: I can install b3 on this server?

you have to ask 1shot1kill if you can install B3 on the machine.
If no, and if they provide you a FTP access to the cod2 log file, then you can run B3 on your home computer remotely

I have acces to the cod2 log file on FTP(games_mp.log and server.log) in main. But how connect b3.xml on my computer to FTP server?

I can't run it. I open it and console opened and after 1second console is exluded(exit). I dont have log becouse b3 didnt make.
