I have installed b3 correctly, it runs when invoked. It displays messages on my server, but will not do anything with commands. I checked the log and it says no admin is registered, it is enabling !iamgod. I enter that and nothing.

Is B3 not responding to your commands?

Yeah, I have already gone over that page, over and over. Kind of the whole reason I attached my b3.xml, and my b3.log files. I tried setting rcon_ip to the local number, b3 would not work at all.

You have the wrong IP:

Code:
<set name="public_ip">1209.173.190.86</set>

You put an extra "1" at the begining. Also, your b3.log is incomplete. It stops at the database check. Also be sure your rcon password is correct. If B3 doesn't react to ANY commands, even !help, that means B3 isn't reading the log.
