Connecting to DB - FAILED! pls help! o.o

Make sure your DB server is on.
If yes, look do you have imported a b3.sql into your DB.
If yes, check did you maked a user on DB and that its have all privilegies.
And last, but not less important, check in your b3.xml did you put username, password and IP and DB name correctly.

Hello , do you use wampserver?
if yes , the small icon at bottom right is white or yellow? .
Check if you gave full access to the user you entered in your b3.xml.
And post your b3.log maybe it will give us an idea of what is wrong with DB .

You should create a database first then import those sql files inside that database.
