Im having a problem directly on starting b3,
see http://bit.ly/qe1HwP

Im a huge advocate of using teamviewer so, if someone could help me by this, ur the one. This is also way more better ofc than sending the b3.xml becuse u ofc need acces to PHPmyAdmin.

useful information;
- b3 on a Windows server (at home)
-running b3 advanced by using XAMPP (adviced here,http://forum.bigbrotherbot.net/installers/step-by-step-guide-for-installing-b3-bot-and-creating-database/ to do.
-game: UrT
-no extra plugins
-allready personlised the standard .xml 's

Well, I hope that someone can help me.

You mean that you imported b3.sql into the db you created?

Download navicat, the free version is fine and check that you can connect to the db with the username and password
