I am running cod4 with b3, and when you are in the game, in front of when it scolls, the word console is in front. Setting wrong?

That looks normal. It my be other people are not using B3. You may also want to check your b3.xml and see if console shows up there. |

Checked my b3.xml and nothing there. Also matched up both b3.xml from the other 2 servers that are working, and other than the log file location they are the same.
Just can't figure where its coming from

As Mordy said, it's normal for a cod4 server, and I think part of the game settings rather than B3.
MW2 may be different.

In cod4 it is not possible to remove the "console", its hardcoded into the game AFAIK
