Is the path to your log file correct? From the error, it seems you've set it to:

/home/urt/UrbanTerror.q3a/q3ut4/bomb.log

Should that folder be "q3aut4" instead of "q3ut4"? I'm not familiar with this game, so I'm just guessing.

also check the bot is looking for the config file in the right place, and as Grosskopf said check your log file path make sure they are both correct!
