Hello
My mate want to use my database
So what i wonder
Is What do I got to fill in as machine name?

Edit:
I mean if you go into the database
And go to userrights and make a new "user" then you must fill in a machine name..
Is this his IP?
and what do i got to Fill in the config generator
[mysql//b3:meneer/mevrouw@"myip"] ?
if b3 is my database
meneer my username
mevrouw my password
and my ip is the ip where the database is located..
is that right?

yes thats right, just try it. But most databases are locked from outside access for security reasons, I don't recommend to change that, but that should be possible in the mysql config file.

I never used external access to a mysql db. Just ask google.

http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/how-do-i-enable-remote-access-to-mysql-database-server.html

It should depend on the OS, the environment and what you want to do.
