Awesome, completly new in the macworld, and I did it, I bounced up in the air when I saw B3 -- ONLINE.  So, thats one, after that i was testing !iamgod command, but it did not said anything. So, i closed down everything and went to the logs.

1. No connection with DB,
2. Games_MP log wasn't correct.

1. I can't get a connection to the DB, with port, without port, complete information is good, i really dunno.

2. Games MP log is fixed, i setted the "g_sync 2" in the Urban Terror config, cause in the sticky topic above me there was related that. I fired up the bot, and it went to online, when i typed !help, it gave answer. 2 minutes later, when i tried !help again, it did not respond anymore.

The mac is running Snow Leopard, with Python 2.6 or 3.1, as MySQL i am running MAMP, with the MySQLdb adapter running. I tried to edit the parser.py, cause that was in the topic above me, and it did not work out. I really don't know what to do now.

And thats something i think it is strange, so cause if i type !iamgod, he spotted me typin that, but after this command i typed !help, !register, and more thingies, and it is not in the logs.
Even, the !iamgod command did not worked!

I accidently fixed the MySQL database, so that is working. Now the problems that it does not answer.

I'm sorry but we really have no experience with the Mac world.
As this does not seem to be a classic B3 error or misconfig, it can only be Mac-related...

All I can say is that when B3 does not answer commands it usually means that :

• the game log file is not updated
• B3 does not have the correct location of the game log file
• B3 does not have read rights on the game log file
• B3 does not realize that the game log file is getting updated

I found out, that he is reading, has the rights, and is pointed to the correct location.

Cause, i am superadmin!

If it starts up, and it sais he is online, and i immidiatly do a command, then he is responding, cause i am superadmin now, and i have warned a friend, cause that worked.

But he is not realising the log is updating, how do i fix this?

I have found that topic. But when i go to parser.py, i cant find that rule which i have to edit.
That what there has to be, is not there..

I have downloaded a parser.py which was modded, now its working fine!
