Is B3 hosted on the same server as the COD 4 server? If so, the game log path is the physical path like c:\cod4server\main\games_mp.log. If the COD 4 server is hosted remotely, you need an FTP path to it, such as ftp://username:password@serverip/path/to/main/games_mp.log.

So, which is it? COD 4 server on the same server as B3, or a different server?
